We are proud to have designed and won accreditation for the UK’s first accredited CPD programme in “Equity, Inclusion & Organisational Diversity”. Our programme combines theory with practice and is designed for persons working within and outside the education sector.
This programme is suitable for: existing and aspiring leaders and HR practitioners, working in various organisational contexts. We have so far delivered this programme to participants in the education sector, nuclear industries and charity sector.

Levels and Suggestions
- Associate: suitable for someone wishing to develop their knowledge and understanding of EDI issues
- Membership: suitable for someone leading EDI change at unit level (e.g.: in a department)
- Fellow: suitable for someone with strategic responsibility for leading EDI change at institutional level
Programme Arrangements
- We offer rolling start dates
- We offer a ‘Closed cohort’ model where we deliver to 10 or more participants in an institution or across two or more collaborating institutions
