We deliver research, training, and organisational support in EDI, leadership, and innovation, offering audits, strategy development, and workshops — all grounded in practice and informed by research.
All services provided by the Institute are based on three pillars: research, capacity-development, and institutional-support.
About Our Approach
We commission research, conduct research, collaborate on research, provide research advice and facilitate ethical approval for independent researchers.
We have a range of training programmes, short courses and workshops in EDI, Leadership, Organisational culture, Organisational Change and innovation. These are suitable for anyone interested in deepening and/ or widening their knowledge or practice in leadership for equity.
We support organisational development, change and innovation efforts through a range of targeted interventions. For example, we undertake EDI policy audits, and curriculum audits. We also write or contribute to writing EDI Strategies, EDI Action Plans, and EDI policies for organisations.
All our services are “grounded in practice and informed by research”.
Institutional Support
We provide institutions and organisations support for action-planning; design of intervention and tools; implementation and delivery of interventions; and monitoring and evaluation of interventions. We conduct equity and curricular audits and make recommendations based on these audits.
