Our Approach
We deliver EDI training, conduct research and provide consultancy services to organisations, aimed at driving and embedding equity in people, practice and culture. All our consultancy services are informed by research.
All services provided by the Institute are based on three pillars: research, capacity-development, and institutional-support.

We commission research, conduct research, collaborate on research, provide research advice and facilitate ethical approval for independent researchers.
We have a range of EDI courses, leadership courses, short courses and workshops aimed at individual and organisational transformation. Our courses are suitable for anyone interested in deepening and/ or widening their knowledge or practice in leadership for equity.
We support personal and organisational development, change and innovation through coaching, audits, strategy development, action planning and monitoring and evaluation.
All our services are “grounded in practice and informed by research”.
Institutional Support
We provide organisations support for action-planning; design of intervention and tools; implementation and delivery of interventions; and monitoring and evaluation of interventions. We conduct equity and curricular audits and make recommendations based on these audits.
