- Learning aims
The main aim of the programme is to upskill existing, newly and/or recently educational leaders, curriculum leaders, EDI leads to deepen and widen their understanding and practice. - Learning in workshops should support improved leadership practice
The sessions have ample opportunities for skills development, and reflective and reflexive practice. This is central to its design. Each module emphasises ‘doing’ as well as ‘knowing’, with space provided to reflect on practice for practice. - Theoretically sound, and practically relevant
Theories are used to scaffold learning and help with ‘sense-making’.
