Ofcom Head of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

Annisha is a nationally recognised leader in equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging, with a particular focus on education and the creative industries. With a career spanning the public, private and voluntary sectors, she brings a wealth of experience in embedding inclusive leadership and systemic equity into organisational culture and strategy.

As a Trustee at The BRIT School, Annisha provides strategic insight into how inclusive practice can be embedded across the arts and education. Her former role as Group Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at the BBC saw her lead transformative change across one of the world’s most influential public broadcasters. She also serves as a primary school governor in South London, championing justice and representation from the early years.
