The EDI Fellowship © – the qualification for EDI professionals – is a comprehensive, multidimensional, and intersectional programme designed, developed and delivered exclusively by the Institute. It is the world’s only qualification for professionals engaged in EDI work. The Institute for Equity, University Centre also has a Level 7 Certificate in EDI, a Level 7 Diploma in EDI and the MBA in Leadership for Equity & Organisational Development.
