Strategic Leadership

Institute for Equity, University Centre is a specialist research-led authority on EDI, leadership, organisational effectiveness, and professional standards.

The Level 7 Diploma in ‘Strategic Leadership, Change & Innovation’ is one of three Level 7 qualifications offered by the Institute.

About The Programme

The others are the Level 7 Certificate in ‘Equity, Inclusion & Organisational Diversity’ and Level 7 Diploma in ‘Equity, Inclusion & Organisational Diversity’.

The Level 7 Diploma in ‘Strategic Leadership, Change & Innovation’ is one of three NCFE accredited qualifications. It is modular in design and is designed for individuals wishing to secure a deeper understanding of leadership, strategy, managing change & innovation, and how to lead change at improvement at unit and/or organisational level. The programme will provide learners knowledge, skills and behaviours to drive change in leadership practice and organisational operations.

Taught elements of the programme, and assessments, are approximately 120 hours and sessions are ‘taught’ in blocks of 2 or 3 hours.

To achieve the Level 7 Diploma in ‘Strategic Leadership, Change & Innovation’, all module assignments must be undertaken and passed.

Who Is the Level 7 Diploma Aimed At?

* To pursue the Level 7 Diploma, you will need an undergraduate degree (in any subject), or an equivalent qualification, plus a minimum of 2 years work experience.
