Level 7 Diploma in EDI

Institute for Equity, University Centre is a specialist research-led authority on EDI, leadership, organisational effectiveness, and professional standards.

The Level 7 Diploma in ‘Equity, Inclusion & Organisational Diversity’ is one of three NCFE accredited qualifications.

About The Programme

It is modular in design, and has a strong focus on understanding equality legislation, leading diverse teams and workforce, EDI data analysis and reporting, and leadership for equity. It is intended to provide learners with knowledge and skills to interrogate and support their organisations’ equity, diversity & inclusion (EDI) work.

Taught elements of the programme, and assessments, are approximately 120 hours and sessions are ‘taught’ in blocks of 2 or 3 hours.

To achieve the Level 7 Diploma in ‘Equity, Inclusion & Organisational Diversity’, all module assignments must be undertaken and passed.

Who Is the Level 7 Diploma Aimed At?

* To pursue the Level 7 Diploma, you will need an undergraduate degree (in any subject), or an equivalent qualification, plus a minimum of 2 years work experience.
