In my current role as Head of Learning and Teaching at BPP, I provide strategic vision and leadership to deliver priority initiatives that include: advancing reward and recognition through the Professional Standards Framework 2023, supporting applications for National Teaching Fellowship and the Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence, embedding EDI principles within the curriculum and personal tutoring, and amplifying authentic student voice. As a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (PFHEA), I champion collaborative approaches between academic and professional services, harnessing collective expertise to drive innovation and impact in learning and teaching.
