Dr Monika Nangia

Monika is a highly experienced and trusted senior leader with over 25 years of experience in higher education and has a doctorate in ‘Public Policy and Education’ from Goldsmiths, University of London. She has been successfully refining and shaping excellent student experience in universities to improve student attainment and success and provide strategic leadership in driving excellence and innovation in university administration. She is committed to the agenda of race equity, inclusion and diversity in higher education, she champions inclusive practices in the workplace and promotes a culture shift that creates higher performing organisations where motivations and morale soars. She is moving to Durham University as the Academic Registrar and has held similar roles at SOAS, Queen Mary, King’s College London and St Mary’s University.
