Janet Cash is Vice Principal at the Institute for Equity, University Centre, where she oversees the education portfolio and academic quality.
With over 20 years of experience in inclusive education and leadership, I have previously served as an Associate Professor and School Director of Education. I specialise in strategic leadership, curriculum design, and embedding EDI across teaching and assessment.
I am author of the book, “The Business of Inclusion”, a resource designed to foster allyship in higher education. I am a Race Equality Charter Reviewer, Senior Fellow of Advance HE and a Fellow of the Institute for Equity, University Centre.
I have presented at several national forums in education and industry on the importance of EDI in driving systemic change through transformational leadership. I am also a QAA Quality Code Guidance Reviewer.
