Kelly Dooley

Since starting as a secondary English and Media teacher over 20 years ago, Kelly has held senior leadership roles in three London secondary schools before becoming the Head Teacher of The Richmond upon Thames School in 2016. She has led initial teacher training programmes, delivered leadership coaching, facilitated school-to-school quality assurance, and spearheaded initiatives to raise standards for disadvantaged students. Kelly has a particular interest in the links between high-quality, rounded education and its role in eradicating social injustice, interests that fuel her ongoing commitment to no-limits education. Alongside her Headship, Kelly is a trustee for The Harlequins Foundation and has previously held governance roles within charitable organisations supporting children and young people.
