THE INSTITUTE FOR EQUITY, UNIVERSITY CENTRE ANNOUNCES NEW LEADERSHIP APPOINTMENTS TO DRIVE STRATEGIC GROWTH

HUDDERSFIELD, UK — 1 September 2026 — The Institute for Equity, University Centre, a leading provider in higher education and equity initiatives, today announced the key appointments of Matthew Chapman and Kelly Dolphin to our executive leadership team.

These strategic hires mark a significant step forward in our commitment to accelerating innovation and expanding our academic presence.

Matthew Chapman joins our team as a new Visiting Professor, bringing a wealth of sector experience.

Kelly Dolphin has been appointed as our Executive in Residence, recognised for her proven track record of delivering exceptional results in executive leadership roles.

Both appointments will be attached to the School of Applied Learning and Work.
