Imene Dali is the Learner Journey and Operations Manager at the Institute for Equity, University Centre, where she oversees learners’ experiences and educational journeys while driving operational excellence across the Institute’s strategic programmes.
With over 20 years of global experience in human resources, operations, and organisational development, Imene brings expertise in learner support, data-driven improvement, and cross-cultural stakeholder engagement. She has successfully managed complex programmes for organizations including USAID-funded projects, Four Seasons Hotels, Deloitte, and entrepreneurial ventures, consistently championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
A recent MBA graduate with distinction from Leeds Beckett University and Dean’s Prize winner, Imene brings strategic insight, cultural intelligence, and a genuine commitment to social justice. Originally from Tunisia and fluent in English, French, and Arabic, she believes education is a powerful catalyst for developing individuals, changing organizations, and transforming society.
